TOC Southern Africa is an educational business consultancy. It disseminates and implements the Theory of Constraints. Its GOAL is to enable companies to radically improve their bottom line results through the implementation of the methodologies embodied within the Theory of Constraints. The company was established on 1 January 2000 at the request of Dr Ell Goldratt. TOC SA is the sole representative for Dr Goldratt’s company, Goldratt Marketing, for the entire South African region.
